		<description>For managing public folder permissions I've been using &lt;a href="http://www.exchangemailboxpermissions.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;security explorer for exchange&lt;/a&gt;.  

I'm able to see our security permissions really easy to make changes, etc. 
Cloning and backing up super nice too.</description>
